Sylvia Kay Hall

Sylvia Kay Hall, 84, of Terre Haute, passed away on Saturday, October 10, 2026, at The Wyndmoor. She was born on January 24, 1942, in Terre Haute to Joseph Carlisle and Dorothy Mildred Polson Crockett.

Sylvia is survived by her grandchildren: Joey Hall (Sherrie), Micheala Smith (Stephen), Lyndzee Hall, Ahren Hall, and Emmaline Hall; and great-grandchildren: Hagen and Tarlo Hall, and Melody Smith on the way.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Harold Hall; her daughter, Melody Hall; and her son, T.J. Hall.

Sylvia worked for many years in data entry at Columbia Records. She loved to go thrift shopping. She was an avid NASCAR fan, and Jeff Gordon was her favorite driver until his retirement. Sylvia enjoyed watching game shows, crime shows and listening to Elvis. She collected Native American and wolf memorabilia.

Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Friday, October 16, 2026, at Callahan & Hughes Funeral Home. Private burial will take place in Roselawn Memorial Park.
