Michael Anthony Goda

Michael Anthony Goda, 76, of Terre Haute passed away on Tuesday, September 29, 2026 in Harrison’s Crossing Health Campus. He was born June 2, 1950 in Terre Haute to Michael Goda and Nola Harper Goda.

Survivors include his wife, Linda Whalen Goda; children, Sean Goda, Peter Goda (Suzanne), and Mary Goda; brothers, Stephen Goda and David Goda; sister, Diana Pursch; 15 grandchildren; and 4 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his son, Patrick Goda; his daughter, Jennifer Rivers; his grandson, Ethan Rivers; and his parents.

Mike was a member of St. Benedict Catholic Church, the Elks, and American Legion Post #104. He founded Green Leaf, Inc. in 1979. Mike was an Air Force Veteran of the Vietnam War.

Mass of Christian Burial will be at 12:05 p.m. Wednesday, October 7, 2026 in St. Benedict Catholic Church. Visitation will be prior to services from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Inurnment will be in Calvary Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Callahan & Hughes Funeral Home, 605 South 25th Street. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Benedict Catholic Church.
