Mary Lila and Peter George Yonchik

Mary Lila and Peter George Yonchik, from Central Florida but with roots in Terre Haute, are coming home to be laid to rest in Highland Lawn Cemetery on Friday, March 28 at 10:00 a.m. with Rev. Kathy Elliott of St. Mark United Church of Christ officiating at graveside. Mary Lila is the daughter of Herman and Edith (Lidster) Heiligman. They are survived by their son, Herman David Yonchik; a granddaughter, Christina Klingensmith; and two great grandchildren, Olivia and Lila.

Mary worked for many years as a nurse and in hospital management. Peter worked in management at Publix supermarkets. Central Florida was home to Mary and Peter. They enjoyed a lifetime of love together. May their memory be eternal.
