Margaret Anne Weust

Margaret Anne Weust, 94, of Terre Haute passed away on Thursday, October 8, 2026 in Harrison’s Crossing Health Campus. She was born July 27, 1932 in Terre Haute to Paul Meadows and Edna Pfeiffer Meadows.

Survivors include her children, John Weust (Molly), Cate deBlecourt, and Kevin Weust (Jan); brother-in-law, Bernie Carney; sister-in-law, Sheila Weust; several grandchildren; several great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harry “Jack” Weust, Jr.; son, Gregory Weust; sister, Mary Catherine Rassel; son-in-law, John deBlecourt and her parents.

Margaret was a member of St. Benedict Catholic Church, Chi Omega; Tri Kappa; and volunteered at St. Benedict Soup Kitchen. The family would like to thank all the nurses and staff at Harrison’s Crossing for the care they provided.

Mass of Christian Burial will be at 12:05 p.m. Friday, October 23, 2026 in St. Benedict Catholic Church with Father Roger Vazhappilly officiating. Visitation will be prior to services from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Callahan & Hughes Funeral Home, 605 South 25th Street. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Benedict Catholic Church Soup Kitchen.
