James A. Vrabic

James A. Vrabic, 68, of Terre Haute passed away Sunday, December 21, 2025 in Union Hospital surrounded by his loving family. He was born April 21, 1957 in Clinton to Donald M. Vrabic and Mary E. Vrabic.

Survivors include his wife, Nancy Gerdink Vrabic; two sons, Luke Vrabic (Gabby) and Joe Vrabic; Brothers, Rick Vrabic (Barb) and Bobby Vrabic (Lisa); sister, Pam Greasor (Roger); brother-in-law, Jon Gaston (Kelly); and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Donetta Gaston.

Jim enjoyed time with family and friends. He was co-owner of Vrabic Car Center. Jim was an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan and a Chicago Bears fan.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M., Monday, December 29, 2025 in Callahan & Hughes Funeral Home, 605 South 25th Street, with Pastor Steve Moore officiating. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Park. Visitation is scheduled from 2:00 – 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 28, 2025. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Shriners Hospitals for Children.
