Elizabeth Ann Meek

Elizabeth Ann Meek, 97, of Terre Haute, died Thursday, January 22, 2026, at the Gibson Family Center for Hospice Care. She was born June 10, 1928, to Leonard Meek and Ruth Jeffords Meek, fifteen minutes after her twin sister, Ardith “Ardie” Meek. 

Surviving Ann are her great-nieces and nephews, Beth Ann Davis, Amy Westerman, Rick Loudermilk, Stephanie Loudermilk, Mandy Merrill, and Mindy Boyett. Ann was preceded in death by her parents; twin sister, Ardith "Ardie" Meek; brothers, Jack Meek and Richard Meek; sister, Mary Gladys Loudermilk; nephews, Ronnie Loudermilk and Mike Loudermilk; and niece, Connie Stahl. 

Ann graduated Gerstmeyer Technical High School in 1946. She worked at Ruben H. Donnelley Directory for 37 years. One of her greatest passions in life was golf, and she could be found "sweeping the dew" at Hulman Links Golf Course many mornings for over 60 years, alongside her sister.

Per her wishes, Ann will be cremated and no services will be held.
