Adam Eugene Bryant

Adam Eugen Bryant, 29, of Shelburn, IN passed away Christmas Eve, 2022.  He was born April 25, 1993 in Bloomington, IN.

Survivors include his mother, Rene Croy;  father, William (Bill) Bryant;  daughter, Clara; brother, Bill Mathews and his wife Kathleen;  sisters, Sarah Bryant and Heather Purtlebaugh;  and nieces and nephews.

Adam was an avid outdoorsman from Bloomfield. He and his family grew up off-grid on a homestead without electricity, in a log cabin they built themselves. Adam embraced the woodsman lifestyle and spent much of his time hiking or camping. He took the time to teach the many children in his life about the outdoors. His professions changed over the years, but he mostly a handyman who always did different maintenance/construction type jobs.  Adam could do a little bit of everything.  He spent a lot of time teaching his nephew how to play chess.
